Source-KM was founded by Steen Joffe, based on 20 years experience in international development research and policy analysis and a track record of successful IT systems management in the public and private sectors. Steen was previously CTO of a leading online financial services firm, and has been responsible for managing knowledge management activities for organisations including UK DFID, the U.N. FAO and World Bank.
